Eric Gomez is a Director who leads the City Fabrick Building Design and Interiors teams on a myriad of projects, from concept design, all the way through construction administration. Eric has a well-rounded set of skills, believes in quality over quantity, pays close attention to detail, and ensures that every project is done to the highest possible standard. Because of this, he has contributed to numerous award-winning projects. Eric has practiced architecture professionally for over twenty years and has worked on an array of project typologies, ranging from mixed-use retail, office and hotel developments, educational facilities, urban revitalization public improvement projects, master planning, and multifamily residential. Eric obtained his Bachelor of Architecture from Woodbury University and an Associate Degree in Architecture from Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa.
