Cudahy Senior Center

The Cudahy Senior Community consists of one hundred and forty dwelling units with a ground floor community center that will serve residents above as well as the surrounding community.

The project includes a series of outdoor spaces including a central courtyard that terraces down into a street level public plaza. A roof deck offers residents a unique perspective of Southeast Los Angeles from the tallest vantage point in the city. The large central courtyard includes an outdoor kitchen and dining room, community garden plots, and flexible turf area for programmed activities, all connected via a walking circuit.
